If you hoard knowledge, you won't gain knowledge. Part of sharing knowledge is adjusting your language so new knowledge can be digested easily; this fosters further learning in the future.
It is our goal to provide education in everything we do, but also to provide explicit one-on-one tutoring, group classes or to advise study groups, to go to a client's workplace to teach their IT department about a new technology, etc.
