You may pay monthly, or quarterly, for a set number of hours to use each month. You may also prepay for a set number of hours that must be used before they expire. Clients who would normally get discounts on other package plans also get discounts on the maintenance plans.
On this plan, you have a set number of hours of work that can be done on the plan that month. Any hours left at the end of the month are forfeit. Monthly plans get a discount on overages ($67.90/hour) that must be paid the following month.

A minimum of 1/2 hour is deducted from your time per project or service call, and deducted in 1/4 hour increments, rounded up, thereafter.
So purchasing one 2 Hour Quarterly package is like buying the 2 Hour Monthly package 3 months in a row. However, you save $12.60 if you pay quarterly.
Banked hours work differently. You purchase a set of hours, and you have until they expire to use them. If you are running low on banked hours, it's better to purchase more hours and thus extend your expiration period than to allow the plan to run out. Overages are not discounted.
| Hours Banked | Price | Savings | Expires in |
| 10 | $665.00 | $35.00 | 3 months |
| 20 | $1,295.00 | $105.00 | 6 months |
| 30 | $1,890.00 | $210.00 | 12 months |
