Nightwind eventually became quite popular in the area, as she began to entertain and use her healing gift amongst the local elves. She was noted for her odd canine companion. Because of her lupine companion, Nightwind ended up befriending Lupei, a sorcerer with a pack of wolf companions. He noted the odd reaction his own wolfpack had to Brenhani, but never closely questioned the wolf bitch or commanded his own companions to behave differently towards her. The Sidhe-wolf alphas seemed to know something about her, and the normal wolves gave her wide berth.
