I have experience in support and troubleshooting from Mac OS 7 through OS X and OS X Server.

I perform troubleshooting, support, backup, installation, scripting, administration, and out-of-warranty repair or installation of hardware. I am not an Apple Certified Technician, so I will not touch the innards of an in-warranty computer.

On in-warranty computers, I can perform application installation, installation of consumer-replacable hardware, networking, backup and set-up for home or business Macs, or OS X Server. And I make housecalls.
